Phoebe spent the past ten years cutting her professional teeth in advertising, market research, and HR consulting. She developed a passion for consumer insights and brand strategy, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face in staffing their teams to flex with the cyclical and seasonal ebbs-and-flows of workload demands.
Scouterie was born of Phoebe’s desire to leverage her professional experience to help organizations fill interim or ongoing talent gaps and adapt their teams to meet their internal and external work responsibilities on time and in budget.
